Cashless laundry payment options include
Mobile Phone Payments:
With the support of SnapScan or Zapper, we establish a direct secure web- hook, which facilitates customer payment and activates laundry equipment when the QR code on a washer or dryer is scanned.
Laundry Wallet Payments:
Laundry equipment is activated when the customer scans their pre-loaded TAP-TO-PAY laundry card on a washer or dryer.
Bank card Payments:
Laundry equipment is activated when the customer scans their VISA or MASTERCARD bank card at a centralised kiosk.
This is how it works
You choose your service plan based on how your customers will pay.
We assign a WiFi modem, QR Code and/or CARD reader to each machine, and install the centralised paypoint / kiosk. (If you chose that plan)
Depending on your chosen service plan, you sign up with your preferred payment provider (SnapScan, Zapper, WapPoint)
Customers can then pay with their smart phone or tap their laundry card or pay with their bank card at the kiosk.
The laundry will receive payment. The machine will be ready for use. Realtime reporting will be available on the PayWay Platform.
